Dont agree at all, yes its the job of the monks to heal, but if hes busy for whatever reason healing hands will save your life, better that then to blame the monks, as i monk myself pve/pvp and you get people running all over the shop and sometimes you cant reach everyone. Rather be safe than sorry.

PvP However w/mo should not be there damage is the way.

Damage is the way in both PvP and PvE. If you're in a position where you have to save your own life in PvE, something is seriously wrong. Either you are overextended, or the monk is either incompetent or out of energy. If a monk is out of energy in PvE, it's almost always because someone is incompetent, whether it's the frenzy-spamming warrior, the ele that won't kite, or the monk herself. Find the problem and fix it. Don't swap out your elite attack skill for Healing Hands, please.
